Good health forever remains man’s most desired state, and liberty, man’s most treasured triumph. But can one be in good health when in captivity?

— Henry St. John

Trapping innocence
Making worlds anew
If caught in between
Which would you choose?
They remain inseparable
For liberty is good health…
